Luxe Petals and Co is a professional florist offering fresh flowers, arrangements, gifts, and related services. Our website allows you to browse and purchase a variety of floral products for different occasions, including weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events, and more.

Ordering & Payment

  • Order Processing: Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation for your records. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that once an order has entered processing or design preparation, it cannot be canceled.
  • Payment Methods: Luxe Petals & Co. accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, along with other secure online payment methods for your convenience.
  • Pricing & Delivery Fees: All prices listed on our website are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable sales tax, delivery fees, or specialty service fees may apply based on the delivery location and order details.
  • Order Cancellation: Orders may only be canceled prior to processing by contacting us directly via phone or email. Once an order has entered processing, preparation, delivery, or shipment, cancellations can no longer be accepted.
  • Refund & Return Policy: Customer satisfaction is important to us. Refunds for delivery or shipping charges will only be issued if the error was caused by Luxe Petals & Co.
    Eligible approved returns for specialty gift items may receive a refund for the item purchase price only. Original delivery/shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
    To request a return or discuss an issue with your order, please contact us directly at 912-342-6779.
    Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within approximately 7–14 business days after the return has been processed.

We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned gift item. You can expect a refund, in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within seven to fourteen days of our receiving your return.

  • Specialty Deliveries: We are honored to provide deliveries to hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, funeral homes, schools, businesses, and other special locations within our service area. Please ensure all recipient information is accurate to help us provide a smooth and timely delivery experience.
  • Delivery Fees: Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the recipient’s location and delivery requirements. The exact delivery fee will be displayed before your order is finalized.
  • Delivery Availability: Delivery times may vary based on order volume, weather conditions, holidays, and special events. While we strive to accommodate preferred delivery windows whenever possible, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed unless previously arranged and confirmed.
  • Free Local Delivery: For qualifying promotions or select local orders, free local delivery may be offered and will automatically apply at checkout when eligible.

Delivery Times

  • Same-Day Delivery: Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before our daily cut-off time of 12PM.
  • Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after our daily cut-off time will be prioritized for next-day delivery.
  • Special Requests & Time-Sensitive Orders: For time-sensitive events (weddings, funerals, etc.), please place your order well in advance and provide detailed instructions. While we'll do our best to meet requested delivery windows, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
  • Holiday Deliveries: For major floral holidays (e.g., Valentine's Day, Mother's Day), please place your order at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee timely delivery. Due to the high volume of orders, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times on these days.

Recipient & Redelivery Policy

  • Accurate Delivery Information: To ensure timely and successful delivery, please verify that all recipient information is complete and accurate before placing your order. This includes the recipient’s full name, complete street address, apartment or suite number (if applicable), and a valid contact phone number. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays or additional fees.
  • Recipient Unavailable at Time of Delivery: If the recipient is unavailable during the delivery attempt, Luxe Petals & Co. will use professional discretion to ensure the arrangement is delivered as safely and securely as possible. This may include:
    1. Leaving the arrangement in a secure and weather-protected location.
    2. Delivering the order to a front desk, receptionist, doorman, or office staff member.
    3. Leaving the arrangement with a trusted neighbor when appropriate.
    4. Contacting the recipient or sender to coordinate delivery arrangements or redelivery options.
  • Redelivery Fees: If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details provided by the sender, restricted access to the delivery location, or the inability to safely leave the arrangement, an additional redelivery fee may apply for a second delivery attempt.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • At Luxe Petals & Co., customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your floral arrangement or gift, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we may review and address your concerns.
  • Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or approved refund at our discretion. We are committed to ensuring every customer receives a beautiful arrangement that meets our quality and design standards.

Product Availability & Substitutions

  • Product Availability: At Luxe Petals & Co., we strive to maintain the availability of all products and floral designs featured on our website. However, due to seasonal demand, supplier availability, or unforeseen circumstances, certain flowers, containers, gifts, or specialty items may occasionally be unavailable at the time of purchase.
    In the event an item is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a product of equal or greater value, quality, and overall style to ensure the beauty and integrity of your arrangement are maintained. If a suitable substitution cannot be provided, a refund or store credit may be issued when appropriate.
  • Floral & Seasonal Substitutions: Because flowers are seasonal and availability may vary, certain blooms or plants may need to be substituted. Any substitutions made will be carefully selected by our design team to complement the original arrangement while maintaining its overall color palette, style, and value.
